Gym Day Passes in Marbella: Where You Can Train Without a Membership
Need a gym day pass in Marbella? Compare drop-in prices at M13, Beach Fitness, CrossFit Marbella and more, from €20. No membership needed.
Some people come to Marbella for a week in the sun. Others stay for a season, work remotely for a month or split the year between here and home. Whatever brings you to the Costa del Sol, a missed training week is the same frustration, and most gyms still push you towards a twelve-month contract.
You don't need one. A good number of gyms across Marbella sell a gym day pass, so you can walk in, train and leave with nothing to cancel. This guide rounds up the Marbella gyms listed on ClickPlay, grouped by area, with the drop-in prices they publish. Prices were checked in October 2026, so it is worth confirming before you go.
A day pass suits anyone whose week doesn't fit a membership: holidaymakers, second-home owners, digital nomads, and locals who like to mix things up. It also works as a low-risk trial. Some Marbella gyms add a sign-up fee to their memberships, so spending €20 to €25 to test the equipment, the atmosphere and the busy hours first is a sensible move.
| Gym | Area | Single visit | Short-term options |
|---|---|---|---|
| Beach Fitness Marbella | Beachfront, central Marbella | €20 open training / €25 with classes | Week €100, 5 sessions €100 |
| M13 Gym Marbella | Nueva Andalucía / Puerto Banús | €25 | 10 day passes €185 |
| CrossFit Marbella | San Pedro Alcántara | €20 | Week €65 |
| Yours Marbella | Nueva Andalucía | From €32 | 3 classes €90, 10 classes €200 |
M13 Gym Marbella is the most complete open-gym option for drop-in visitors. It covers 700 m² across two floors in the Centro Comercial Plaza, with a CrossFit area, dumbbells from 1 kg to 70 kg, a spinning room, a classroom and a massage and relaxation room. Parking is available, which matters around Puerto Banús. A day pass costs €25, and a pack of ten brings each visit down to €18.50. It opens 07:00 to 22:00 on weekdays and 09:00 to 21:00 at weekends, so late sessions are easy.
Yours Marbella sits inside Marbella Arena, the former bullring in Nueva Andalucía. It is a polished, club-style space aimed at strength, conditioning and wellness, and it works on class credits rather than open gym. Single visits start at €32, with packs of three for €90 or ten for €200. It is a good choice if you want a coached session rather than training alone.
Beach Fitness Marbella lets you train by the sea, with an open, energetic feel that a standard indoor gym can't match. The focus is conditioning, strength and movement. You can pay €20 for open training or €25 to include classes, and a week pass costs €100. It opens 08:00 to 20:00 Monday to Friday and 09:00 to 14:00 on Saturday, and closes on Sunday.
Impact Gym Marbella, on Avenida Duque de Lerma, is a straightforward local gym for strength, cardio and conditioning. It doesn't publish a day rate, so call or message before you turn up.
If you would rather be coached than left to the gym floor, the centre has several studios. Iron Bodyfit Marbella on Avenida Ricardo Soriano runs short, technology-led coached sessions that you book online. Marbefit Sport Center offers a single premium personal training session for €50. Fitness Lab Marbella is a dedicated personal training centre for one-to-one or small-group sessions.
CrossFit Marbella is a dedicated box on the San Pedro industrial estate that welcomes visitor drop-ins. A day pass costs €20 and a week pass €65. Classes mix strength, conditioning and deep stretching, and weekday sessions start at 06:00, which suits early risers. Weekend sessions run in the morning only.
Gym Religion Marbella (also known as Gympanatta) is built for lifters. Expect serious equipment, a performance-minded crowd and a focus on physique and body composition. It has changing rooms, showers, Wi-Fi and parking, and it opens from 06:00 until midnight on weekdays. Contact the gym for its drop-in rate.
Elements Gym Marbella combines a main gym floor with a HYROX performance zone, a Booty Studio, an outdoor terrace and a recovery hub with ice baths, sauna and massage. Ask about visitor access when you call.
