On every plan the customer pays a 5% booking fee on top of your price: at least €0.99, at most €15. ClickPlay pays Stripe’s card fees.

What a booking comes to
The client pays your price plus the booking fee. You receive your price less your plan’s commission.

Training at a gym
Your plan covers your sessions wherever you train: at a gym, outdoors or online. A gym on ClickPlay takes no share of them. A client who needs entry can buy the gym’s day pass with your session, in one payment, and the gym receives its pass price.
Marketing with ClickPlay
Every trainer is announced on our social media when they start taking bookings. On a paid plan you can add more: a post or reel filmed with you, a blog feature or a spot in our newsletter. Ask us what they cost.
Billing and contracts
- Pay monthly, or yearly with 10% off.
- Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no card. We write to you before it ends, and nothing is charged unless you say so.
- Monthly plans have no minimum term: cancel any time with 30 days’ notice.
- Yearly plans run for 12 months. Give 30 days’ notice before the end to stop one renewing.
- Refer a trainer: when a trainer you refer joins a paid plan, you both get a month free, on top of the trial.
- Prices are in euros and exclude IVA. ClickPlay pays Stripe’s card fees.
